In Riyadh city, Floor and Firewood Café is a hidden gem known for its lavish décor and authentic brunch.

Mr. Mohammad is owner of F&F Cafe.

After surviving the challenges of the pandemic, he embraced digital marketing, attracting a lot of new customers.

The Problem:

The problem began when the café started attracting a significant number of visitors.

More customers typically mean longer wait times. And longer wait times means more opportunities for walk-outs, disappointed customers, and lost sales.

Customers have to be physically present to register in the queue or even check the waiting time. Be in line in the café until their turn is called.

Mr. Mohammad came up with an idea. He wanted to create a Mobile Application. That can solve his problems.

At Inlancer Technologies, Miral and our skilled team of developers turned Mohammad's mobile app concept into a tangible reality. Swiftly, we crafted an initial prototype for efficient queue management.


We gave a demo of the prototype to Mohammad. The prototype worked well. He liked it and gave us a green flag to develop a full-fledged Mobile Application.

After lunching of Mobile App, Customer started using The mobile Application. They do not have to stand in the queue anymore. They can sit at table and Join the Queue From the App. One more interesting thing started happening. The Customers can Join the Queue even from their Home or on the way to Café.

The Option to Join Queue is only available between café operating hours.

The Café Manager has ability to Manage Queue With Host Management Panel. He updates Each Queue Customer with status, Like, Seated, cancelled, Pass, Hold and Edit the Queue. Which instantly updates the Current Queue. Every customer that has joined the queue, receives an update notification about their queue number and Estimated waiting time.

For Those customers who Joined Queue from home or on the way to F&F Café, The café Manager can see how far customer is in Host Management Panel. So he can track the arrival time and serve him better.


Btw, Queue management system is Fully automated. It effortlessly manages 1000+ customers per day.
