Our client, Carmen Bello, approached us in late 2021 seeking an outsourcing partner for the ongoing development of a meditation and wellness app.
She was working with two software developers on developing an app called JOY: Self Love Morning Routine.
It was released on the App Store in the initial version.
The Problem
After 2020, she released a second version of the mobile application. This was an important update.
The problem started when her app users approached her, expressing the application hadn't been functioning properly.
The Joy app crashed multiple times.
She spoke with the developers. They tried to sort out these issues. But failed to respond on time.
They failed in communicating effectively, and the issue began to get out of control.
The Solution
She had got enough of the problems. She started looking for a capable app developer.
She approached us regarding upcoming enhancements and stabilization of the app.
Carmen shared her app vision with Us.

We wanted the client "Carmen Bello" to explain how she came up with the idea.
App Idea/Inspiration
She told us that creating an app had been inspired by problems she faced when exploring self-care and spiritual well-being, as well as a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others. The realization struck when she experienced difficulties finding accessible and simple strategies to improve her personal well-being.
The Vision
She visualized an application that included multiple techniques that had been valuable to her on her journey, combining spirituality and self-care.
The intention was to make these tools—Daily Journal, 5 Elements Balancing, Daily Notes, Tasks, Breathing Exercises, Mood Tracker, Daily Inspiration, Chakra Healing, Gratitude Journal, and Journeys—easier for others to use.
Development
Recognizing the value of such an intuitive idea, we got into the project with passion and collaborated closely with our client at each phase of the development process.
Our aim was to give her results that not only fulfilled but beyond her expectations.
We personally worked with the client to fix all problems and remove any bugs from the app.
then gave it a third try via the App Store.
